Fund has been voted the best medical scheme in the country in a recent
survey conducted by the South African Consumer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi).
SAcsi is the first independent comprehensive national customer satisfaction index in South Africa that complies with international standards. A sample of 3,297 medical aid policyholders took part in the study and rated Bonitas tops with a satisfaction index score of 75.9%. “The results show that Bonitas is achieving its vision of offering generous, value-for-money medical aid benefits. The fact that we support our members’ lives by paying 95% of all claims – higher than any other open medical aid - is also reflected in the score”, says Dr. Bobby Ramasia, Bonitas Principal Executive Officer.
